2 7/8" FLOOR FLANGE

I used this to replace a large mounted umbrella base. It worked great!

I absolutely loved them! Worked perfectly for moving my old gate to a new position in my yard to help my dogs roam freer. My neighbors were extremely impressed and told me they never saw anything like it before because we all have posts that were built into the concrete originally, but with a little cutting and these flanges I didn’t have to get my concrete redone and it looks great.

Used these to place on the rusted off greenhouse posts. Works like a charm. Should be good for another 30 years.
