--Primarily used to stretch chainlink fabric onto gate frames.
--Can also be used for stretching small sections of chainlink fence where there is not enough room for a Come-A-Long cable puller and standard stretcher bar.
--Pull Jack saddles onto any size gate frame as well as any size post up to 3" diameter. Other side of Pull Jack hooks onto chainlink tension bar.
--Ratchet Bar Length: 28"
--Ratchet Handle Length: 11"
--Ratchet Bar Diameter: 3/4"
